As a Alcohol and Drug counselor in training, I found Resilience to be crucial for healing. Healing from Addiction is a process. When I think of Therapy for me, I picture the photos below. I snapped these photos earlier this year in the Spring, I was amazed by the Sunset, my favorite time of the Day.
Adversity has the effect of eliciting talents, which in prosperous circumstances would have lain dormant.
